Cancellation/refund policies are set by the stores.  

Order cannot be cancelled once it's out for delivery. No refunds once the order/product/service is accepted or opened. 

The seller may cancel an order or service for the reasons including shortage of products or staff. In case the seller cancels any order or service you will not be charged for such cancellations and will refund you for any payment already made within 48 hours.
